55 anos!

Another of the founding partners of US Tax Consultants was Henry Frautschy (1943-2011) who arrived in Spain at the beginning of the 60s, destined at the Torrejón Air Base and founded Gestrinsa SL at the end of the 80s and, later, Syncordia, SL, both companies dedicated to offering advisory services to companies.

Finally, Jack and Henry formalized in the 80s the brand with which they had been preparing taxes until then and they incorporated in the United States the company US Tax Consultants Inc, based in Madrid. But they realized that it was easier to operate fiscally from Spain, where they were residents and about 10 years later, they dissolved it in the United States.

US Tax Consultants became the largest entity dedicated to taxes in Spain in 2010, with the incorporation of the client portfolio of John Beers, an extraordinary US tax preparer based in Madrid, who wanted to leave his clients in good hands before retiring.

Shortly after, Art Tingly also died, who prepared taxes from Rota and US Tax Consultants was once again the solution for some of his clients.

Antonio Rodríguez joined the team in 2011 and since then he has been preparing taxes for US expats with US Tax Consultants, a service that is now managed by New Media Lab SL, of which he is the administrator.

In these 55 years many expats have returned to the United States and many others have arrived in Spain, but there is something that has been maintained: the trust of our customers and, therefore, we want to celebrate it throughout the year.
